The S&P 500 and QQQ closed at all-time highs today, and SentinelOne (S) is one of the stocks we really like here.
All-time highs are NOT bearish. Especially when they come after weeks or months of consolidation.
A market that spends time digesting its advance and then breaks higher is showing renewed strength.
Tonight, we’re looking at the established leaders that can help us participate.
A new high can feel uncomfortable. You look at the chart, remember where prices used to be, and wonder whether you missed it.
But the market doesn’t owe us yesterday’s prices.
An all-time high tells us that price has moved beyond every previous level. It doesn’t tell us that the next move has to be down. After a long consolidation, it can mark the beginning of another advance as the market finally resolves the range.
That’s how I’m approaching this market: respect the strength, look for leadership, and define the risk.
The S&P 500’s record close today gives us the broad context. Tonight’s Established Leaders scan helps us work from that context down to individual stocks.
56 stocks qualified after the October 6 close. The median TTI Score was 86, with 32 stocks scoring 85 or higher across seven sectors. The highest score was 97.
